SmashHammer Renovation & Design was created by, Stacey Good and his life partner Mary Manring. Stacey is a respected member of his trade and his community. Mary Manring is a seasoned graphic, web & interior designer of 20 years, as well as an artist and furniture rehab enthusiast who is known in her industry as "The Design Beast". She has an uncanny eye for color combinations, choosing the perfect finishings and decor for your home. Her creativity and ability to visually conceptualize a design and Stacey's meticulous installation and project management skills will make your home better than you ever imagined it could be!

Now to tell you how we got our name because people frequently ask us...Stacey and Mary are from Nordic bloodlines (Viking). Stacey earned the nickname "The Jackhammer" back many moons ago because of his strength and ability to demo out the most stubborn tile and flooring, walls, bricks and concrete with just a handheld demolition hammer all by himself, when others had to use a powered hammer drill and a whole crew. Mary earned the nickname "Mash" when she was a young girl as her full name is "Mary Ashley". When she and Stacey began dating, their couple name was "Smash" and not long after, the "hammer" got added, hence the name. "Our company name and our logo represents us and our commitment as a couple, the demolition and building aspect of renovation, and of course the "Hammer of the Gods" in a modern way to pay homage to our Viking ancestry. We aren't the kind of Vikings who pillage and plunder. We are the kind who lightning and thunder and bring a beautiful storm of ideas, strength and quality workmanship to your home. We are renovation warriors and won't give up until the job is done and done right. We will stand and protect our work behind Our Viking Warranty Shield."
